Chandler currently resides in Philadelphia, PA and holds a B.A. in Studio Art from the University of West Florida, and an M.F.A. in Painting from the University of South Florida. Chandler was the first Executive Director of Art Lies Magazine, and along with Jack Livingston, produced the Pardox Poetry Slam in Houston, Texas in the 1990's
